    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill:

    On page 2, section 3, line 13, subsection (a), by removing the word, “is” and inserting the words, “appears to be”;

    And,

    On page 3, section 3, line 4, subsection (b), by removing the word, “the” and inserting the word, “A”;

    And,

    On page 2, section 3, line 16, subsection (a), by removing subdivisions 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

    “(1) §60-3-22a. Unlawful acts by persons.

    (2) §60-6-9. Drinking in public places; possessing of alcoholic liquor.

    (3) §60-7-12a. Unlawful acts by persons.     

    (4) §60A-4-401 (c) and (d). Delivering or possessing a controlled substance.

    (5) §60A-4-403a. Prohibiting the possession or selling of illegal drug paraphernalia;

    (6) §60A-4-406. Distributing to persons under the age of eighteen by persons over the age of twenty-one; distributing by persons eighteen or over in or on, or within one thousand feet of, school or college.”;

    And,

    On page 3, section 3, line 7, subsection (b), subdivision (1) by removing the words, “or law enforcement”;

    And,

    On page 3, section 3, line 9, subsection (b), subdivision 2) by removing the words, “or law enforcement”;

    And,

    On page 3, section 3, line 22, subsection (e), by removing the word, “immunity” inserting in lieu thereof the word, “amnesty”.
